Lazy Friendships...

I declare, i would love it if all my bestest friends had Blogs, that they updated daily (let them off a day here and there).
I'm so fascinated by what my friends do all day, what they think about, what they get passionate about (especially Crafting, Sewing, Running, Yoga....)
It would be a sort of 'Lazy Friendship' perhaps, but i yearn to see their world in photos....

I get really anxious when my fave blogs aren't updated ( I check every day), really rich coming from me the laziest blogger ever!

But Facebook is so unsensitive? I find the name so ironic as the postings are so face-less to me. Meaningless and un-thought-about? maybe that says more about my friends? hahaha - NO offence meant!!! (joke...)

I know what you mean, I have a best mate who is blogging now after I told her all about it and it is so lovely to see what she has been up to even if she does just live down the road. Also you can say things to each other that you probably wouldn't think to say in person - she has bought a tear (in a good way) to my eye a few times with the nice things she says on her blog about me.

yes Sweetpea. I love reading MrsB's (as do many people) but it is so much more to me as she is my friend x modern letters....

Recently Fishy I am finding I have less and less to say on the blogging front, it used to be fun. Whatever happened? Is it me??

Just for you ( if I can count myself as a friend) today I am ordering thread and needles to begin the marathon of hand sewing nearly 2000 hexagons together, writing a letter, baking chocolate chip and fudge cookies to keep the menfolk sweet and pretending that, even thought the sun is out, it's not freezing out there in the garden, hanging out lots of washing and trying not to eat the whole packet of meringues. I am hormonal, help?!?

Have to say, I don't see the point of facebook. I'm put off by the 'like' thing and the general restrictive compactness of it. Doubt I'll ever join.

Hope you are well my love...x
