I'm not sure what they're actually doing. Something with paint / water / washing-up liquid.
Blowing the bubbles and putting paper over the top to form bubbly pictures.I think there is ONE rule only to this - BLOW do not suck!

not recommended for very small children - for obvious soap filled mouth reasons....
